If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
To request return/exchange of an item, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Inside Dhaka: BDT 60 with Cash on Delivery
Outside Dhaka: BDT 130.

Delivery is generally done in 2-3 business days. All deliveries that are from outside Dhaka is done through Courier Service. But it may take up to 7 days considering the emergency.
